The safety and health of each client and their family is my top priority. Due to concerns around the coronavirus, beginning March 19, 2020 all sessions will be conducted virtually. Co-pays may be paid via Venmo at the time of each session, or personal checks may be sent to my office address. It is my sincere hope that all remain healthy and well during this time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your understanding. All the best,

I am a Master of Social Work, currently working towards my license in clinical social work (LCSW). I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Mary Washington and my Master of Social Work at the CUNY Hunter College School of Social Work. With over ten years of experience serving children, adults and families in a variety of capacities, my passion lies with helping others use their personal strengths to make the positive changes they seek.
I started my career as an in-home counselor for families with children at risk of out of home placement due to emotional or behavioral distress. While earning my master’s degree in New York, I worked with survivors of domestic violence, and youth and families in the foster care system. After relocating to Virginia, I was given the opportunity to work on a women’s trauma unit at a community mental health center, serving individuals living with serious mental illness, complex trauma histories, substance use and homelessness. I have also worked in mobile crisis, providing counseling to children and adolescents experiencing psychotic crises and helping to connect them with networks of support in the community.
I have been fortunate to recently join NcitewithN and will be supervised by Felicea Meyer- DeLoatch as I work towards my licensure. I have availability on Monday and Wednesday evenings, as well as Sunday mornings. Please contact me at [email protected] – I look forward to hearing from you!
